• Physical Changes: Due to outdoor display, fading, peeling, or 3rd-party damage may occur from sun, rain, or wind. These are part of "Art in Harmony with the City." We bear no liability for repair or compensation.

• Continuity: Displays may be ended or moved without notice due to local laws or safety reasons.
   

2. System and Environment

• Service Interruption: We may suspend services due to maintenance, network failure, or force majeure.

• Costs: All data and connection fees are the user's responsibility.
   

3. Content and Disputes

• Responsibility: Users are liable for ensuring their work does not infringe on 3rd-party rights (IP/ Portrait). You must resolve any disputes at your own expense.

• Interactions: We are not responsible for disputes between participants or third parties.
   

4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages (data loss, mental distress, etc.) except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Secretariat.
 

5. Accuracy of Information
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of info on this site or linked third-party websites.

6. Changes to Terms Project specs, exhibition methods, and these terms may change without prior notice to support the movement’s sustainable growth.
