These Terms and Conditions establish the terms of participation for "one colour 2026 TSUMUGU" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"), held as part of "ONE COLOUR MIRAI no IRO no WA", organized by MIRAI MARVELOUS CREATION Sdn. Bhd. and XXALLIUS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizers").

Art. 1: Joining the Movement This movement visualizes the cycle of gratitude (OKAGESAMA). Participation is voluntary. All are welcome, but minors need parental consent.
 

Art. 2: Submission Guidelines
Works must be original. To preserve the beauty of the “Circle of Colours,” the following may be excluded:

• Portraits/photos of individuals.

• 3rd-party IP (logos, characters).

• Political or offensive content.
   

Art. 3: Intellectual Property Copyright
remains with you. You grant the Secretariat a free, global license to use, edit, and display your work for operations and charity sales. We may crop or overlay works to create the “OKAGESAMA Tapestry.”
 

Art. 4: Public Art Exhibition
You agree to display in physical spaces. We view weathering (rain/wind) as part of the art’s process and are not liable for physical damage.
 

Art. 5: Sustainability & Returns
No fees are paid to participants. We may sell products or the tapestry to sustain the movement. Profits go to operations and social donations.
 

Art. 6: Disclaimer
We are not liable for data loss or system errors. Users must resolve any 3rd-party disputes (e.g., IP) at their own responsibility.
 

Art. 7: Amendments & Jurisdiction
Terms may be updated. Governing laws are those of Japan or Malaysia. Disputes will be settled in the Secretariat’s local courts.
